The 12-week Habit Change Weight Loss program is led by certified health coach John Garcia.  John understands the challenges of weight loss personally, as he lost 40 pounds himself, using the same method he will teach you.


This program focuses on the three pillars of a healthy lifestyle, we call it:


Movement, Meals, and Mindset.  The reason it works so well, is we teach


you the proven 80/20 method to habit change so your changes are


permanent and we don't gain back the weight.

  • How It Works

    1. Watch the 12-Week Habit Change Weight Loss Program overview video.
    2. Fill out the intake form.
    3. Schedule your free consultation with certified health coach, John Garcia
    4. Enroll in the program
    5. Each week receive a video and complete the action steps in the workbook.
    6. After weeks 3, 6, 9, and 12, schedule a one-on-one virtual call with John to review and prepare for the next module.
    7. After the program John will work with you to create a plan and continue your wellness transformation.
